30 Day RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT
Shop EZ Scuba will accept
merchandise for a full refund, exchange, or store credit (less the shipping
charge) if returned unused and in new, resalable condition within 30 days of
the original sale.
60 Day EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT
Shop EZ Scuba will credit or exchange
for your new and unused merchandise for another color, size, style, etc. within
60 days of the original sale. The best
way to go about this is to call us directly so know the exact details of the product
exchange. A 10% restocking/handing fee will
apply.
90 Day EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT
Shop EZ Scuba will offer store
credit or exchanges for merchandise returned in new and unused condition within
90 days of the original sale. A 20% restocking/handing
fee will apply.
Returns/Exchanges MUST adhere to the following rules:
- All original manufacturer packaging/warranties must be included.
- Merchandise must be received in NEW and Unused condition and will be inspected as such upon arrival at our store.
- Merchandise must be received at the Address specified in the RMA within the 30/60/90 days as specified above. Don't wait until the last minute - it must be in our possession prior to the return limit!
A 20% restocking/handling fee may be incurred on items that meet one or
more of the following conditions:
- Product is not resalable as new
- Original packaging and/or warranty information missing
- RMA not included with returned merchandise
- Products damaged due to poor packaging
- Orders returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed
Assembled Packages will incur a 25.00 restocking fee. (i.e. Regulator
and Scuba Packages etc...)
Email sales@shopezscuba.com with your return request and we will reply with RMA# and return merchandise address.
No returns on items designated "closeout".
Return Shipping Fees
You pay the shipping to us and Shop EZ Scuba will pay the shipping back to you on the first exchange only. Shop EZ Scuba , at our discretion, will return your merchandise via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. (International and Rush requests are available and WILL incur additional charges).
Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon redeemable online only and will expire 12 months from the day your return is processed in our system. Our system does not notify you of pending credit expirations.
There are no returns on items designated "closeout” or on "discontinued item sales" . These sales are considered final.
SHIPPING
We ship using UPS and United States Postal Service. When you go to checkout, the shipping weight for the items you have chosen is automatically computed.
Shipping Details
All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends).
Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
Orders paid for by bank wire will be subject to a $250 order minimum, or a $25 service charge.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to Shop EZ Scuba. All shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly.
All orders subject to in store availability.
International Shipping Rates
Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees which may be in addition to charges calculated on the website.
International orders are shipped by USPS and will be billed at our actual cost.
International orders can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card being used or if you want to pay by wire transfer, bankers check or draft we can ship to any address in the world once we receive payment.
Orders to Canada are charged an additional $20.00 for the entire order and will be shipped via USPS, which does not allow package tracking.
All internationally destined shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duty fees, and delays as the package goes through customs.
